Foundry Nurseries are never knowingly oversold, but weather conditions and disease sometimes reduce crop numbers. Customers will be notified of any problems as soon as possible. We cannot be held responsible for any losses due to circumstances beyond our control. |

Cancellation: Any orders cancelled after the first day of September for the coming season may be subject to a cancellation charge of 25%. |

Delays in transit: Whilst every effort is made to supply orders with a minimum of delay, all goods despatched are at the owners risk. Please check your goods on arrival. If it is not possible to inspect the goods on arrival, please sign for them as ‘unexamined’. Any complaints must be made in writing within seven days of receipt of the goods. |

Condition: Every effort is made to supply plants which are true to name and in a healthy condition. In the event of any defects, liability is limited to the invoiced value of the affected plants only. Species not grown by ourselves we will endeavour to source for customers wherever possible but cannot guarantee success in finding suitable material. |

Small orders: These can be despatched by carrier. Foundry Nurseries has found this service beneficial to plant and customer alike. Customers wishing to take advantage f this carriage service, full payment for goods and carriage must be made prior to the despatch of goods from our nurseries. |

Collection: All orders must be paid for upon collection. |

Cheques: Cheques should be made payable to Foundry Nurseries and sent to our address once your order has been confirmed. |

Payment: We can arrange payment by credit or debit card (including Switch), over the telephone. Cash, cheques and credit/debit cards are accepted at our Nursery. |
